General recommendation
We generally recommend that you use the up-to-date installation for the dictionaries.
Installation fails
The main problem is virus scanners that prevent an installation from UniLex. In such cases, please deactivate the virus protection for the duration of the installation.
If the installation still fails despite this, please contact our hotline.

Program does not start
Run the diagnosis and send the result to our hotline. You can find the diagnosis program at "c:Program Files (x86)UniLex ProUniLexProDiagnose.exe".
