The product originates from the period from 2003 to 2011 and works with UniLex (up to 2008) or UniLex Pro (as from 2008).
General recommendation
We generally recommend for dictionaries that you use the up-to-date installation.
If there is no up-to-date installation with UniLex Pro, then you should make sure to retrieve and run the program update relating to your dictionary. You can find the program update on the Downloads page if you select "UniLex updates" among the categories and then click on the "Refine search" button. Download the update that matches your dictionary and run the installation.
Installation fails
The main problem is virus scanners that prevent installation of UniLex. In such cases, please deactivate the virus protection for the duration of the installation.

Program does not start
Run the diagnosis and send the result to our hotline. You can find the diagnosis program at "c:Program Files (x86)UniLex ProUniLexProDiagnose.exe".
